Vintage Jackson USA RR1 Rhoads in Green Lightning Sky finish made in 1991 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid poplar body, quartersawn maple neck and bound ebony fingerboard with a bound headstock. Equipped with a set of Jackson J-80 humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot, 1 EQ pot, a 3-Way toggle switch and an active Jackson JE-1500 Mid EQ Preamp. The 25.5" scale length neck has mother of pearl sharkfin inlays and black side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a compound 12"-16" radius with a speed profile. The hardware is comprised of black Jackson sealed diecast tuning machines with cloche heads, a Floyd Rose locking nut, a Jackson-branded Schaller made in Germany licensed Floyd Rose Tremolo bridge and black knurled dome knobs with a black anodized pickguard.
This guitar is in overall good condition. There are finish chips on the tip of the headstock, edges, and points of the body, many of which have been filled as seen in the UV photos. The back of the body and neck have surface marks and light dents/scuffs/ scratches. The tuning machines, bridge and metal pickguard have some surface and plating wear, the pickguard also has a split Dow part of the center. The neck & headstock binding have some discoloration in certain spots. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
