Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All brand new guitars ship free within the contiguous United States. Used, vintage, boutique, and consignment instruments ship at a flat rate based on product category and size, displayed at checkout.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

We ship most products worldwide via UPS International. Flat rate shipping costs vary by product category and destination region, and are displayed at checkout.

Please note: Some oversized items, including amplifiers and other large equipment, are not available for international purchase due to shipping limitations. If an item is unavailable for shipment to your region, this will be indicated at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority or UPS at the time of delivery. Diablo Guitars has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We strongly recommend researching your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Please note: We declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts"

Insurance & Damage Claims

Every instrument we ship is insured for its full declared value — no exceptions. Guitars are high-value, fragile instruments, and we take packaging and protection seriously.

In the rare event that your instrument arrives damaged, please do the following:

  1. Do not discard any packaging materials. Keep the original box, case, and all packing materials exactly as received.
  2. Document the damage immediately with clear photos of the instrument, case, box, and any visible damage to the packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@diabloguitars.com.

We will file the insurance claim with UPS on your behalf and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Attempting to repair or alter the instrument before a claim is filed may affect the outcome of the claim.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if there is any unexpected delay with your order.
