Vintage Gibson Les Paul Jr TV Model in TV Yellow finish made in 1957 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Gibson P-90 Dogear in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 replaced volume pot and its original Centralab tone pot dating to the 13th week of 1957. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 22 vintage frets on a 12" radius with a 50's Rounded profile. The hardware is comprised of nickel Kluson Deluxe Single-Line tuning machines with oval heads, a bone nut, a Gibson wraparound bridge and black top hat knobs with a single ply black pickguard.
The original chipboard case that this guitar came in is included but will be shipped separately due to its condition.
This guitar is in overall good condition for its age. The original volume pot was replaced with a CTS pot dating to 1981. The nut has also been replaced. The finish is checked throughout and there are finish chips and worn spots in multiple areas. There are small dings and dents on the back of the neck and throughout the body. Some of the hardware has a small amount of rust. The fretboard has some light dings and deeper divots around the 1st and 3rd frets. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Roadrunner Hard Shell Case & Original chipboard case.
