Vintage Gibson Les Paul Custom in Ebony finish made in 1977 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid double bound mahogany body with a double bound maple top, 3-Piece maple neck and bound Ebony fingerboard with a bound headstock. Equipped with its original Gibson Patent Stamp humbuckers in the neck and bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 18th week of 1977. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl block inlays and black side markers with 22 vintage frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of gold Gibson Sealed Diecast tuning machines with keystone heads, a replaced bone nut, a Gibson Nashville Tune-O-Matic Bridge and top hat reflector knobs with a 5-Ply black pickguard.
This guitar is in overall good condition with some visible signs of play. It has surface marks, some surface scratches, some dings/ dents and some belt rash. The gold hardware is worn and the pickup covers / bridge are oxidized and pitted. The original cases handle has been replaced.(See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
