Vintage Gibson ‘76 Reissue Explorer in Natural finish made in 1979 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a pair of Gibson burstbucker 3s in the neck position and bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of nickel/chrome Schaller Sealed Diecast Locking tuning machines with cloche heads, a corian nut, a Gibson Nashville Tune-O-Matic Bridge, and gold top hat knobs with a single ply white pickguard.
This guitar is in overall good condition with visible signs of play. It has surface scratches, several dings/ dents & dimples you can see under direct light, some you can see without. It has some small finish chips and felt rash with some finish worn through on its back. All the pots and pickups were replaced at some point in it's life, the CTS pots date to 1997. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
