Fender Road Worn '50s Stratocaster in Black finish made in 2011 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid alder body, maple neck and maple fingerboard. Equipped with a set of Fender Tex-Mex Strat Single-Coil pickups in the neck, middle, and bridge positions. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 2 tone pots and a 5-Way blade switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has black dot inlays and black side markers with 21 narrow tall frets on a 7.25" radius with a soft V profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Fender Vintage Style tuning machines with oval heads, a synthetic bone nut, a Fender 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo bridge and white top hat knobs with a single ply white pickguard.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition. The bridge pickup was professionally rewound by Sonny's Custom Shop in Texas. Because this guitar is heavily relic'd from the factory, assessing new damage can be difficult. There are a few small dings and marks on the headstock that do not appear factory. The body has a few light surface marks and the bridge has some light patina on the saddles. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Hard Shell Case.
