Vintage Fender Jaguar in Lake Placid Blue finish made in 1965 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid alder body, maple neck and Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with a color matched headstock. Equipped with its original set of Fender Single Coil Jaguar pickups in the neck and bridge positions. Controlled by its original Stackpole pots dating to the 30th week of 1965: one master volume, one master tone, one rhythm tone wheel, one rhythm volume wheel, 2-way mid tone cut, 2-way lead pickup on/off, 2-way rhythm pickup on/off, 2-way lead circuit on/off. The 24" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 22 vintage frets on a 7.25" radius with a medium C profile. The hardware is comprised of nickel Kluson Deluxe Double Line tuning machines with oval heads, a bone nut, a Fender Jaguar adjustable bridge w/ and black grip knobs with a 3-ply white on black pickguard.
This guitar is in overall very good condition for its age. There are a few small dings on the headstock. There is finish checking throughout the body along with light surface marks and a few small dings. Some of the hardware shows some rust/patina. The latches and handle on the case are rusty but function properly. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Hard Shell Case.
