Fender Bronco 6-Watt 1x8" Guitar Combo Silverface 1968

The Fender Bronco was introduced in the late 1960s as a student model amplifier, often paired with the Fender Bronco guitar, but its design is essentially a Vibro Champ circuit with unique cosmetic styling. This compact Silverface combo delivers about 6 watts of tube power through a single 8" speaker, with simple controls and a lush built-in tremolo. Its small size and cathode-biased 6V6 power section make it a highly responsive recording and practice amp with that unmistakable vintage Fender sparkle.

This example, serial A28843, is from 1968 and remains in vintage-excellent condition. There are some marks and signs of wear consistent with age, but overall it presents remarkably well for its nearly 60 years. The amp is unmodified, retaining its period-correct cosmetics and circuitry, this includes the "Death Cap" 2-Prong Cable.
