ESP MX-2 (Mx-250) Custom in Snow White finish made in The Kiso Custom Shop Factory in Japan in 2014 with a Fitted Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard. Equipped with an active pair of EMG 81s in the neck and bridge position. Controlled by 2-volume knobs and a 3-way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and 22 extra jumbo frets with a thin U neck profile. The hardware is comprised of black Gotoh sealed die-cast tuning machines, a carbon fiber nut, a Gotoh Tune-o-Matic bridge and stop tail with knurled black dome knobs.
These are some of the rarest ESP guitars nowadays in the USA and arguable the most iconic with James Hetfield playing these across the worlds stages almost exclusively for over a decade. Because of the lawsuit with Gibson After 2000 they were no longer available to the US market and ONLY available as a Custom order to the Japan market.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition with light signs of play. It has a couple very light surface marks/ very light surface scratches you can only see under direct light. There is the common finish de-lamination marks at the nuts edge.(See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Fitted hard shell case and factory COA Serialized warranty card.
