Ernie Ball Music Man Ball Family Reserve John Petrucci JPX6 in Barolo finish made in 2010. This guitar features a chambered alder w/ mahogany tone block body with a maple top, mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard with a color matched headstock. Equipped with a DiMarzio Liquifire in the neck position and a DiMarzio Crunch Lab in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume, 1 tone, 1 Piezo volume, a 5-way pickup selector with coil tap on positions 2 & 4 and a 3-way piezo/magnetic pickup selector. The 25.5" scale length neck has mother of pearl Custom JPX inlays and white side markers with 24 High-Profile/Wide stainless steel frets on a 15" radius with a slim C profile. The hardware is comprised of black Schaller M6-IND Locking tuning machines with cloche heads, a compensated Melamine nut, a Custom John Petrucci Music Man Piezo Floating Tremolo bridge and black grip dome knobs.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition. The hardware shows light wear. The headstock has some light marks on it including some stand rash. The back of the neck has a small dent around the 5th fret and some finish chipping on the treble side of the fretboard. There are some small dings at the neck joint and a small finish split in the neck pocket. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
