Vintage Custom One off Build Jermaine Jackson Bug Bass Carved Top with Bug Graphic finish made in 1984. This guitar features a solid alder body, maple neck and maple fingerboard with a color matched headstock. Equipped with a single coil J pickup in the neck position and a single coil J pickup in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 1 tone pot and a 3-way mini toggle on/off/on switch for the instruments LEDS. The 34" scale length neck has painted fretboard with triangle inlays and white side markers with 21 medium frets on a 7.25" radius with a medium "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of gold/chrome open gear tuning machines with y heads., a bone nut, a P-Style Adjustable bridge and clear speed knobs.
This One off Bass Was Built for Jermaine Jackson and used on the 1984 Victory Tour. The body is Signed by Jermaine Jackson. It's been in Norms Rare Guitars Collection for years, sold directly from Jermaine to Norm, along side four other of his basses tour used basses including the spider 7 butterfly insect basses and Sequined Jackson Concert Bass.
This guitar is in overall very good condition with some signs of play. It has some surface marks, light scratches. The oversized Road case we added for shipping purposes and has some previous damage on the bottom. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 45-100 strings. Includes Oversized hardshell Road case for shipping& gig bag, Certificate of Authenticity From Norms Rare Guitars and power supply.
