Charvel Model 6 Red 1986 w/OHSC

Vintage Charvel Model 6 in Red finish made in 1986 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid poplar body, rock maple neck-thru and bound quartersawn rosewood fingerboard with a bound headstock. Upgraded with a pair of Seymour Duncan SHR-1 Hot Rails in the neck/middle positions and a Seymour Duncan TB-4 JB in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 2 tone pots, a 3-Way blade switch and three pickup on/off switches. The 25.5" scale length neck has pearloid sharkfin inlays and black side markers with 24 jumbo frets on a compound 12"-16" radius with a speed profile. The hardware is comprised of black Jackson sealed die-cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a phenolic nut with lock, a Kahler Standard Tremolo bridge and black knurled dome knobs.

This guitar is in overall good condition. The pickups are new and the wiring was redone in-house. There are a handful of body chips that were filled and colored before arriving to us. The headstock/body have light surface marks and scratches throughout. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
