Charvel MIJ Model 4 Black Cherry 1986 w/OHSC

Vintage Charvel MIJ Model 4 in Black Cherry finish made in 1986 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid basswood body, quartersawn maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with its original set of Jackson J-200 in the neck and middle positions and a Jackson J-50BC in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot, 1 mid boost pot and 3x pickup on/off mini toggles. The 25.5" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and white side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a compound radius with a speed profile. The hardware is comprised of black Jackson sealed die-cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a phenolic nut w/ Kahler Stringlock, a Kahler 2520 Traditional Fulcrum Tremolo bridge and black knurled dome knobs.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. The tip of the headstock has some discoloration and light marks. There are some light surface marks and small dings on the back of the neck. The body has some small dings and dents around the sides, mostly around the controls. There are some light surface marks throughout the body with some deeper marks on the back carve. Some of the hardware has lost its plating and there is some light rust/patina in some spots. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
