Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Gold Top 1973 w/OHSC

Vintage Gibson Les Paul Deluxe in Gold Top finish made in 1973 with Original Hard Shell Case. this guitar features a solid mahogany/maple/mahogany pancake body with a bound maple top, 3-Piece mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with its original Gibson patent sticker minibuckers in the neck position and bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 48th week of 1973. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid trapezoid inlays, tortoise side markers with 22 vintage frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile and neck volute. The hardware is comprised of nickel/chrome Gibson deluxe tuning machines with keystone heads, a corian nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and gold top hat knobs with a Single-Ply cream pickguard.

This guitar is in overall very good condition with moderate signs of play and age. It has visible finish check throughout the instrument. There is finish worn through to bare wood on the bottom rear body edge, it has some dings/ dings, a few chips and a binding separation on the lower horns curve from shrinkage. The bridge saddles have extra notches cut into them. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
