Regular price $2,880.00Fender USA Custom Shop HLE Homer Haynes Limited Edition ‘57 Strat #355 of 500 Art Esparza Era in Gold Metallic finish made in 1989 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid alder body, maple neck and maple fingerboard. Equipped with its original set of Fender Custom Shop Staggered Pole Single Coils in the neck, middle and bridge positions. Controlled by 1 volume knob, 2 tone knobs and a 3-way blade switch with its original pots dating to 1988. The 25.5" scale length neck has black dot inlays and 21 vintage frets on a 7.25” radius with a 50’s soft V neck profile. The hardware is comprised of matching gold Fender vintage-style tuning machines, a bone nut, a Fender vintage-style 6-screw synchronized tremolo bridge and white top hat knobs with an anodized gold pickguard.
This guitar is in overall very good condition with minimal to no signs of play, there is a slight finish discoloration spot on its top and some finish checking/reaction spots around the pickguard in a few spots, a small clear chipping spots around the edges of frets (this still has clear over the fret edges) and a clear chip spot at the edge of one tuning machine (see pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes original hard shell case, original hang tags and case candy. (Trem bar was never installed, original was not included)
