Consignment Agreement

When you consign gear with Diablo Guitars, we list it and sell it on your behalf, and pay you from the sale. This agreement covers how that works: pricing, fees, your guaranteed minimum payout, and what happens once your gear arrives.

Our fee

A percentage of the sale price, lower for higher-value gear:

Sale price Our fee
Under $15,000 20%
$15,000 – $30,000 17.5%
$30,000 – $75,000 15%
$75,000 – $100,000 12.5%
$100,000 and up 10%
