Gibson SG Junior Wine Red 1991 w/OHSC

Vintage Gibson SG Junior in Wine Red finish made in 1991 with Original Chainsaw Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Gibson P-90 Dogear in the bridge position, controlled by 1 volume pot and 1 tone pot, comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 38th week of 1991. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover Rotomatic tuning machines with mini kidney bean heads, a corian nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and top hat reflector knobs with a 3 ply "Angel Wing" black on white pickguard.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. The headstock has a couple of small scuffs on the back and edges. The neck has some minor indentations behind the 1st and 3rd frets and one larger dent near the 9th fret. The sides of the body have a few dents on the edges. The back has some belt rash and some clouding of the finish on the bass side. The front has some light surface marks and shows signs of play on the pickup and pickguard. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Chainsaw Case.
