PRS Carlos Santana Pre-Production Prototype #3 Flame Maple Top Transparent Grey Black 1995 w/OHSC

PRS Carlos Santana Pre-Production Prototype #3 in Transparent Grey Black finish made in 1995 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body with a natural-bound flamed maple top w/ paua shell purfling, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard with a Pre-1985 Symmetrical headstock w/ mother of pearl & abalone Eagle inlay and "Om" truss rod cover. Equipped with a PRS Santana Bass in the neck position and a PRS Santana Treble in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot and 2x individual pickup on/off mini-switches. The 24.5" scale length neck has abalone birds inlays and 24 medium jumbo frets on a 11.5" radius with a Santana profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Schaller-made PRS Phase I Locking tuning machines with cloche heads, a synthetic bronze powder blend nut, a PRS Tremolo bridge and black speed knobs.

This guitar is in overall excellent condition. There are light surface marks throughout the guitar. The top has light picking marks and signs of play around the controls. The knobs have the beginnings of the typical speed knob splits. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case, COA & Original Case Candy.
