Gibson Custom Shop Archive Collection Theodore VOS Ebony 2022 w/OHSC

Gibson Custom Shop Archive Collection Theodore in VOS Ebony finish made in 2022 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid alder body w/ walnut accent, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a pair of Gibson P-90 Soapbar single coils in the neck and bridge positions, controlled by 2 volume pots, 2 tone pots and a 3-way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a Gibson '57 profile. The hardware is comprised of aged nickel Kluson Single Line tuning machines with oval heads, a nylon nut, a Gibson Wraparound bridge and black top hat knobs with a 5-ply black on white pickguard.

This is from a 2022 limited run of only 318 guitars - a nod to March 18, the day former Gibson president Theodore "Ted" McCarty originally sketched the design in 1957.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. The finish is slightly hazy/dull in most areas from the VOS finish. There are light surface marks, small tooling marks and small scuffs throughout. The plating on the bridge is worn. The pickguard shows signs of play. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case, COA & Original Case Candy.
