Vintage Hamer Standard in Sunburst finish made in 1981 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid bound mahogany body with a bound 2-piece Curly maple top, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a DiMarzio PAF in the neck position and a DiMarzio PAF in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 31st week of 1981. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a medium "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Schaller Sealed Die-Cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a bone nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Bridge and black top hat knobs.
This guitar is in overall very good condition. It’s had a refret/ new bone nut at some point in its life. It has finish checking through out the instrument, surface marks, some scratches and some dings/ small dents and several finish chips. there are a few small touch up spots on hits headstock face's edges. The Original case has one Broken latch. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
