Fender Machete 2-Channel 50-Watt Guitar Head 2012 - First Run #08 of 25

The Fender Machete 50W is a dual-channel, all-tube head that marked Fender's aggressive push into modern high-gain territory. Running two 6L6C power tubes through a circuit loaded with six preamp tubes (five 12AX7A and one 12AT7), it delivers everything from warm, touch-responsive Fender cleans to thick, saturated high-gain distortion. Each channel features a dedicated Notch control for surgical midrange sculpting and an adjustable speaker Damping control that shapes low-end tightness and harmonic response. With a cabinet-emulated XLR output, MIDI control, and a power amp mute for silent recording, the Machete bridges the gap between stage-ready versatility and studio precision.

This unit is in excellent condition, with only some small indents on its top from another head's feet resting on the tolex. Includes original 4 button footswitch.
