Vintage Hamer USA Custom Shop 4-Digit Standard in Natural finish made in 1980 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid bound mahogany body, mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with its original Seymour Duncan SH-1 '59 Model in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan TB-4 JB Model in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume pots, 1 tone pot and a 3-way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 51st week of 1978. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and black side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a medium C profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover Rotomatic tuning machines with kidney heads, a bone nut, a Hamer Sustain Block bridge and black top hat knobs.
This guitar was custom built for Alex Parche and his name is on the headstock. The bridge pickup was rewound by Sonny's Custom Shop.
This guitar is in overall very good condition. There are light surface marks and small dings throughout. There are a few small dings on the back/sides that go to the wood. The back also has some belt rash. The frets are slightly flat and have some small divots. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
