This Fender American Custom Strat® Journeyman Relic® in Aged Inca Silver features a lacquer finish over a lightweight 2-piece select ash body with offset seam, a 3A roasted birdseye maple neck shaped to a 1965 Strat® "C" back-shape with no finish on the back of the neck, a 3A roasted birdseye maple round lam fingerboard with a 9.5" to 12" compound radius carrying 22 medium jumbo stainless steel frets. It is loaded with Custom Shop hand-wound '69 single-coil Strat® pickups using Fat '50s Strat® with 1/2 blender wiring and a 5-way switch, a 1-ply black phenolic pickguard, a 6-saddle RSD Stratocaster® tremolo with vintage-style steel saddles, vintage-style tuning machines with Fender® logo, a bone nut and an American Vintage '59-'64 string tree.
