Kramer USA Pacer Deluxe Red Stain 1985 w/Hard Shell Case

Vintage Kramer USA Pacer Series Deluxe in Red Stain finish made in 1985 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid maple body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a pair of original Schaller Single Coils in the neck/middle positions and an original Schaller Humbucker in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 2 tone pots, a 5-way blade switch and a 3-way series/split/parallel switch for the humbucker. The 25.5" scale length neck has acrylic dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a medium "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Kramer sealed diecast tuning machines with cloche heads, a Floyd Rose Locking nut, a surface-mounted Floyd Rose Original Double Locking Tremolo bridge and black top hat knobs with a single-ply black pickguard.

This Kramer guitar has been carefully inspected, set up, and documented. However, it was acquired as part of a large collection, and many guitars in that collection have been modified, repaired, assembled from multiple instruments, or fitted with replacement parts over the years.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. At some point in its life the neck pickup was routed to accommodate a humbucker. Some of that extra routing can be seen next to the pickguard near the neck pickup. There are light finish marks and small dings throughout. There are some small finish splits in the neck pocket. The back has belt rash and other various finish marks. There are finish chips under the strap buttons and the neck plate. The case has some holes on the outside plastic and some of the interior is missing, but the latches work fine. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Hard Shell Case.
