Jackson USA Rhoads RR1 in Sunset finish made in 1990 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid poplar body, quartersawn maple neck-thru and bound ebony fingerboard with a bound headstock. Equipped with a Jackson J-80 in the neck position and a Jackson J-80 in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume, 1 tone, 1 Mid-Boost preamp (JE-1200) pots and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has mother of pearl sharkfin inlays and black side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a compound 12"-16" radius with a speed profile. The hardware is comprised of black Jackson Sealed Diecast tuning machines with cloche heads, a Floyd Rose locking nut, a Floyd Rose Jackson Branded Made in Germany Schaller Made Licensed Floyd Rose Tremolo bridge, and black knurled dome knobs with an aluminum pickguard.
This guitar is in overall very good condition considering its age. Some light scratches and small dings are visible on both front and back side of the guitar, as well as on the neck and near the headstock. The backplate and pickguard have visible scratching, and the pickguard appears to be replaced. There is also finish chips along the bottom edge of the guitar and on both horn tips. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
