Jackson USA Custom Shop RR1 Rhoads Purple w/ Black Bevels 1986 w/Hard Shell Case

Vintage Jackson USA Custom Shop RR1 Rhoads in Purple w/ Black Bevels finish made in 1986 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid poplar body, quartersawn maple neck-thru and bound ebony fingerboard with a bound headstock. Equipped with a Seymour Duncan TB-4 JB Model in the bridge position and controlled by one master volume pot. The 25.5" scale length neck has mother of pearl sharkfin inlays and black side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a 16" radius with a speed profile. The hardware is comprised of black Jackson sealed die-cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a graphite nut w/ Kahler string lock, a Kahler Locking Tremolo bridge and one brass knurled dome knob.

This guitar is in overall good condition. There are light surface marks, scratches and small dings throughout the guitar. There is a patch on the back of finish chips that goes down to bare wood in some areas. The points on the bottom of the body and tip of the headstock also have finish chips. A thin split in the fretboard was repaired by our luthier. There is light rust on some of the hardware. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Calzone Hard Shell Case.
