Ibanez SHRG1Z H.R. Giger Signature S Etched Metal Coated Biomechanical Matrix 2006 w/OHSC

Ibanez SHRG1Z H.R. Giger Signature S in Etched Metal Coated Biomechanical Matrix finish made in 2006 with original hard shell case. This guitar features a solid zinc plated mahogany body, 5-piece mahogany/ bubinga neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with a color matched headstock. Equipped with a Dimarzio IBZ in the neck position and a DiMarzio IBZ in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume, 1 tone pots and a 5-Way blade switch with positions 2&4 on the blade switch coil tap. The 25.5" scale length neck has Special H.R. Giger designed gold mirror acrylic spine inlays and luminlay side markers with 24 jumbo frets on a 400mm radius with a wizard II profile. The hardware is comprised of antique nickel/ vintage silver Gotoh Sealed Die-Cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a top lok III nut, a Ibanez ZR Tremolo bridge, and antique nickel knurled dome knobs.

This Guitar is Rare, Only 185 pieces were ever made.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. The rear of gutiars plating has some tress splits around the neck bolt holes and some plating wear spots on its back and sides. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case and COA & Original Case Candy.
