Ibanez RG750 Five Alarm Red 1989 w/Hard Shell Case

Vintage Ibanez RG750 in Five Alarm Red finish made in 1989 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid basswood body, maple neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with a bound headstock. Equipped with an IBZ USA F2 in the neck position, an IBZ USA C2 in the middle position and an IBZ USA F2 in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot and a 5-way blade switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has pearloid Shark's Tooth inlays and black side markers with 24 jumbo frets on a 430mm radius with a Wizard profile. The hardware is comprised of cosmo black Gotoh sealed die-cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a Top Lok III nut, an Ibanez Edge Double Locking Tremolo bridge and black top hat knobs with a 3-ply black-on-white pickguard.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. There are light surface marks and small dings throughout. The frets have been leveled and there are light divots in some of them. The pickguard has picking marks and scratches. There are a couple of finish splits in the neck pocket. The finish has lightened a bit over time. There is a small chip on the headstock under the string retainer. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Ibanez Hard Shell Case.
