The hardware is comprised of nickel Grover Rotomatic tuning machines with keystone heads, a corian nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Bridge and gold speed knobs.
These Guitars were part of an inadvertent limited run placed by Sammy Ash. Initially These were ordered in batches of 100 conspiring with their sales rep David Pastore to get a lower cost curly top on a les paul into their stores, these were Quote "actually a bit of a back room deal"(-Sammy Ash), only producing 300 before gibson Corporate caught on to what they were doing and raised their cost to fit the build and limited them to only 100 more. This caused them to make no further orders of these according to Sammy.
This guitar is in overall very good condition with some signs of play and age. It has light surface marks, some surface scratches, several light dimples you can see under direct light and a few light dings/ dents. The neck binding has some light shrinkage marks along the fret ends.(See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Pink Pillow Interior Hard Shell Case.
