ESP MX-250 Custom Kiso Build in Black finish made in Japan in 2007 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard. Equipped with an active pair of EMG 81s in the neck and bridge position. Controlled by 2-volume knobs and a 3-way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and 22 extra jumbo frets on a 305mm radius with a thin U neck profile. The hardware is comprised of black Sperzel Trimlok tuning machines, a carbon fiber nut, a Gotoh Tune-o-Matic bridge and stop tail with knurled black dome knobs.
These are some of the rarest ESP guitars nowadays in the USA and arguable the most iconic with James Hetfield playing these across the worlds stages almost exclusively for over a decade. Because of the lawsuit with Gibson After 2000 they were no longer available to the US market and ONLY available as a Custom order to the Japan market.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition with some light signs of play. It has light surface marks and light finish scratches you can see under direct light and a couple light finish nics on its top. There is the common small finish delam spot at the nuts edge. The tuners have been swapped out and you can see the original install holes from previous set. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings and includes original hard shell case.
