Rare Bird! These models were not offered in this color! The original owner purchased this from Gruhne Guitars, who had hand picked two unfinished ‘58 Flying V bodies at the gibson factory and requested them to be finished in this color and the 2nd in another color.

This guitar is in overall excellent condition with some light signs of age and Play. It has a few light finish checking marks, a couple very light dimples on it's back, some light surface marks, a small clear chip on the rear edge of wing and 3 small dings on the headstock face/ edge. The pickguard has a slight warp o nthe bottom middle edge. Original case handle is included but the hinge points are disintegrating as usual. There is a channel route under the neck pickup to fit the pickup lead that was done at some point in its life. We cannot confirm this was done at the factory or after. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
