Fender Vintage 1966 Vibrolux Reverb Black Panel 2-Channel 35w 2 x 10" Combo includes Factory Cover

Fender's Black Panel Vibrolux Reverb is often thought of as the Holy Grail of 60's era combo amps. There is no denying the deep and amazing tone that pours effortlessly out of this 2 x 10" combo. This amp has been thoroughly gone through and functions perfectly. At some point the amp was exposed to some moisture as is evident via the pitting on the chassis as well as the front panel and grill cloth. A partial re-cap was done but three of the stock Mallory caps remain and are in good order (the amp is buzz / noise free). All of the iron is stock aside from the input transformer. The amp has been re-capped (see photos) where critical. It sounds absolutely amazing.

Ships with it's original Fender amp cover but does not include a foot switch.

Essential Ingredients of the Blackface Vibrolux Reverb:

• Two 6L6GC output tubes generating around 35 watts RMS
• Tube-driven reverb and tremolo
• Normal and vibrato (a.k.a. tremolo) channels
• GZ34 rectifier tube
• Preamp tubes: three 7025s, two 12AX7s, one 12AT7
• 2x10 combo with Jensen C10Q speakers
