Vintage Hamer Special Quilt Maple Top in Amber finish made in 1980 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body with a quilted maple top, 3-Piece mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a dimarzio PAF in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 19th week of 1980. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a medium C profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Schaller sealed Die-Cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a bone nut, a hamer sustain block bridge and gold speed knobs.
This guitar is in overall very good condition with some signs of play. It has some light surface marks, a few light dings/dimples and a few small finish chips on its headstock edges. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
