Hamer Californian Elite 27 Fret Flame Maple Body in Antique Burst finish made in 1991 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid 2-piece flamed maple body, 3-piece maple neck and ebony fingerboard. Equipped with a Seymour Duncan Vintage Staggered 1BP in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan JBJ in the bridge position. Controlled by one master volume pot and a 3-Way blade switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has mother of pearl Boomerang inlays and white side markers with 27 jumbo frets on a 14.5" radius with a thin C profile. The hardware is comprised of gold Hamer-branded Schaller tuning machines, a Floyd Rose R2 locking nut, a Hamer-branded Floyd Rose Tremolo and one black knurled knob.
This guitar is in overall good condition. The body has checking mostly on the front of the treble side. A hole was previously drilled in the treble horn for an added strap button. There are two chips on the bottom of the back side. The back also has dimples, surface scratches, and signs of play. The hardware shows signs of age and there is a small scuff on the volume pot. The gold is wearing off on the bass side of the bridge. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
