Fender Dan Smith Era Standard Stratocaster Natural 1982 w/OHSC

Vintage Fender Dan Smith Era Standard Stratocaster in Natural finish made in 1982 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid ash body, maple neck and maple fingerboard. Equipped with its original set of Fender standard stratocaster single coils in the neck, middle and bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume, 2 tone pots and a 5-Way blade switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 6th week of 1982. The 25.5" scale length neck has black dot inlays and black side markers with 21 medium jumbo frets on a 9.5" radius with a "C" shape profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Fender "F" stamp tuning machines with contemporary heads, a bone nut, a Fender synchronized tremolo bridge and black top hat knobs with a 4-Ply Fender custom shop tortoise pickguard.

This guitar is in overall excellent condition for it's age with some light signs of play. It has a few light dings/ light dents and some light picking marks. The pickguard was changed at some point in it's life with a Fender Custom Shop replacement. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
