Vintage Charvel Legend in Sunburst finish made in 1989 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a bound solid ash body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with a reverse toothpaste logo headstock. Equipped with a Jackson J-100XL stacked single coil in the neck position and a Jackson J-120 single coil in the neck and bridge positions. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot and a 3-way blade switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has white dot inlays and white side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a compound 12"-16" radius with a medium C profile. The hardware is comprised of black Jackson sealed diecast tuning machines with cloche heads, a graphite nut, a Charvel J-380 bridge with 6 adjustable saddles and black knurled dome knobs.
This guitar is in overall very good condition. The headstock has some light surface marks and dings on the edges and back. The back of the neck has a small indentation and area of wear around the 9th fret and some small dings on the treble side near the 4th and 15th frets. Some of the hardware has light rust/patina in certain spots. The body has some light surface marks and small dents throughout along with a small finish chip on the lower bout near the strap button. There is a small crack on one side of the casing of the neck pickup. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Hard Shell Case.
