Released in the mid-1980s as a replacement for the OD-1, the BOSS OD-2 Turbo Overdrive was designed to offer two distinct modes. The first replicates the classic OD-1 character, while the Turbo mode provides increased gain and distortion. A tone control was added to give users more precise control over the sound. The OD-2 is built entirely with discrete components, with no integrated circuits in the signal path.
This pedal is in good and functioning condition. LED does not light when activated. Chips in the paint all over the pedal, with Velcro attached to the bottom to secure to any pedal board.
