Ibanez UV77-MC Steve Vai Signature Universe MKR Multi-Color Japan 1990 w/OHSC
Vintage Ibanez Universe UV77MC MKR in Multi Color Finish Made in Japan in 1990 with original hard shell case. This guitar features a solid basswood body, 1-Piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with a gloss black with green logo headstock. Equipped with a Neon green bobbin Dimarzio blaze II humbucker in the neck position, a blaze II single coil in the middle position, and a blaze II humbucker in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume, 1 tone pot and a 5-Way blade switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has acrylic disappearing pyramids inlays and 24 jumbo frets on a 17" radius with a UV neck profile. The hardware is comprised of cosmo black gotoh sealed diecast tuning machines with cloche heads, a top lok nut, an ibanez edge 7, and neon green top hat knobs with a clear acrylic pickguard.
This guitar is in overall good conditions with moderate visible signs of play. It has surface marks,, some light dings/ dents picking wear on the guard and a few small chips ,mostly around the body edges. The bridge pickup bobbins are slightly askew. Original cases center combo latch is broken off.(See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-59 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case, Matching Multi Color Strap.
