Gibson Custom Shop Memphis ES-355 Figured AAA Figured Maple Back&Top Antique Natural finish made in 2019 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a double bound Semi-Hollow 3-ply AAA maple/ poplar back and sides body with a 3-ply AAA maple/ poplar top, mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with a bound headstock. Equipped with a Gibson burstbucker 1 in the neck position and a Gibson burstbucker 2 in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl block inlays and black side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a rounded "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of nickel Grover rotomatic tuning machines with kidney heads, a bone nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with locking stop tail studs and top hat reflector knobs with a 5-Ply black pickguard.
This guitar was part of a large collection and is in overall excellent condition with minimal sings of play. it has some light reaction marks from hanging on a stand on its heads stocks lower edges. It has light binding shrinkage mark where the fret end are and a few light surface marks you can see under direct light. The figured top had two small splits right near the top tone knob which was only in the first of 3-plies, which have been filled and sealed by our Luthier, the color is alittle lighter there now and this repair is lightly visible but sealed. The pickguard still has the factory protective film on it. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case, COA & Original Case Candy.
