B.C. Rich Gunslinger Double Neck 6/12 Amber Burst 1987 OHSC FMT
B.C. Rich Gunslinger Double Neck 6/12 in Amber Burst finish made in 1987 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body with a flamed maple top, flamed maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a DiMarzio PAF in the neck position, a DiMarzio DP416 Single Coil in the middle position, and a DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge position. Controlled by 1-volume, 1-tone knobs and a 2 x 5 way blade switch (one for each neck). The 25.5" scale length neck has mother of pearl cloud inlays inlays and 22 jumbo frets with a slim taper neck profile (both necks). The hardware is comprised of Grover tuning machines, a 12 string; bone and 6 string; locking nut, a TRS 101 Floyd Rose style locking tremolo bridge, and knurled gold dome knobs.
This rare and remarkable guitar comes to us in excellent condition. There is a small chip on the edge of the 12 string front lower edge of the headstock (see photos) as well as a small chip along the edge of the body binding on the lower edge (see photos). The back of the body shows signs of player wear with some buckle rash that is not all the way through the finish as well as some minor chips and dings (see photos)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings and light gauge 12 string strings and includes original hard shell case.
