B.C. Rich Limited Edition Mockingbird Standard Kiss Animalize Tour Promotion Black with Kiss Graphic 1983 w/OHSC

B.C. Rich Limited Edition Mockingbird Standard Kiss "Animalize" Tour Promotion in black with Airbrushed "Kiss" Graphic finish made in 1983 with original hard shell case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck-thru and rosewood fingerboard with a rosewood overlay headstock. Equipped with a dimarzio PAF in the neck position and a dimarzio super 2 in the bridge position. Controlled by 1-Master volume, 1-Boost, 1-Master tone pot, a 3-way toggle, 6-way varitone, two 2-Way mini toggle coil taps, 2-Way mini toggle phase and 2-way mini toggle boost switch. The 24 5/8" scale length neck has mother of pearl diamond inlays and white side markers with 24 jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim C profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover super rotomatic tuning machines with imperial heads, a bone nut, a b.c.rich quadmatic bridge, and black aluminum tophat knobs.

This guitar was part of a promotion in 1984 for the Kiss "Animalize" Tour. It is unclear how many were made for the promo, we have seen at least 2.

This guitar is in overall very good condition with light signs of age and play. it has light. Surface marks throughout the body and some light surface scratches. The bridges chrome has oxidized and the quad bridge has the common lean in from age but is setup and playable. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
