Vintage Gibson Custom Art and Historic Les Paul Special Flame Maple Top in Cherry Sunburst finish made in 2001 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body with a flamed maple top, mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Gibson P-90 in the neck position and a Gibson P-90 in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and black side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a rounded 50's profile. The hardware is comprised of nickel Gibson vintage deluxe strip tuning machines with oval heads, a bone nut, an upgraded adjustable/intonatable wrap around bridge and black top hat knobs with a 5-Ply black pickguard.
This guitar was part of a large collection and is in overall excellent condition with some very light signs of play. It has some light surface marks/ light surface scratches you can see under direct light and a few light dings/ light indents on its top/ side. The pickguard still has the factory protective film on it. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case, COA, Original Case Candy and Original bridge/ bridge studs.
