Gibson L6-S Deluxe Natural 1979 w/OHSC

Vintage Gibson L6-S Deluxe in Natural finish made in 1979 with Original Chainsaw Case. This guitar features a solid 3-piece maple body, 3-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with its original set of Gibson Super Humbuckers designed by Bill Lawrence in the neck and bridge positions. Controlled by 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and white side markers with 24 vintage frets on a 12" radius with a medium C profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover Rotomatic tuning machines with keystone heads, a corian nut, a Gibson Harmonica bridge w/ string-thru body and black speed knobs with a single ply black pickguard.

This guitar is in overall very good condition. The back of the neck has a few small indentations and the tip of the headstock has some small dents. There are a handful of small dents and dimples on the sides of the body and some belt rash on the back. The knobs have the common splits and the pickguard shows signs of play. (See pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Chainsaw Case.
