Regular price $1,900.00Gibson Flying V '67 in Ebony finish made in 1996 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Gibson 496R in the neck position and a Gibson 500T in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume pots, 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Gibson Vintage Deluxe tuning machines with green keystone heads, a corian nut, a Gibson Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge and top hat reflector knobs with a 3 ply white on black pickguard.
This guitar is from Jeff Loomis's Personal Guitar Collection and was signed by Jeff.
This guitar is in overall good condition. The neck and body finish have marks left by tape reacting with the finish. It is mostly cosmetic on the body but can be felt on the neck. The headstock has a some finish checking and a few knicks around the edges. The neck has a few other light surface marks. There are some small chips and light surface marks on the body and the pickguard shows signs of use only when seen in direct light. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case and signed glossy from Jeff Loomis.
