Gibson ’76 Reissue Explorer Ebony 1989 w/OHSC
Vintage Gibson ‘76 Reissue Explorer in Ebony finish made in 1989 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Gibson HB-R in the neck position and a Gibson HB-1 in the bridge position(Bill Lawrence Designed). Controlled by 2 volume, 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 42nd week of 1989. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Grover mini rotomatic tuning machines with mini kidney bean heads, a bone nut, a Gibson nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge and black speed knobs with a 3 ply white on black pickguard.
This guitar is in overall very good condition with some signs of play. It has some light surface marks, a few surface scratches, few light dimples/ light dings and a small finish chip on the top rear headstock edge. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Pink Pillow Hard Shell Case.
