The Rivera-era Fender Super Champ is one of the most respected small-format tube amps of the early 1980s, combining classic Fender clean tones with a more aggressive, gain-capable lead channel. Designed under Paul Rivera's direction, the Super Champ was intended to modernize the Champ concept with higher output, expanded controls, spring reverb, all in a compact combo format.
This 1984 example is in very good condition with only a few minor marks in the tolex and light wear on the corners. It remains a highly versatile vintage Fender combo, equally at home in the studio, rehearsal space, or on small stages.
