Vintage Fender Dan Smith Era Stratocaster Standard 2-Knob in Black finish made in 1983 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a Solid Alder body, Maple neck and Maple fingerboard. Equipped with a Fender Staggered Strat in the neck position, a Fender Staggered Strat in the middle position and a Seymour Duncan Antiquity II Surfer Strat in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 Volume, 1 Tone pot and a 5-Way Blade Switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has Black Dot inlays and Black side markers with 21 Jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a Medium "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of Chrome Fender Deluxe Sealed Diecast tuning machines with Cloche heads, a Bone nut, a Fender Freeflyte Tremolo with pop in arm bridge, and White Top Hat knobs with a Single Ply White pickguard.
This guitar is in overall good condition with visible signs of play. It has surface marks, scuffs, scratches, some dings/ dents, a small paint touch up spot on its top. The finish on the fretboard is worn off in large spot on the 1st-2nd frets. The trem bar is not original, it's a modern fender pop in which fits and works but has a little play. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
