Gitane DG-255 Solid Spruce Top in Natural finish made in 2005 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a hollow rosewood back & sides body with a bound solid spruce top, mahogany neck and macassar ebony fingerboard. The 680mm scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 21 medium frets on a 16" radius with a slim D profile. The hardware is comprised of brass open gear tuning machines with oval heads, a bone nut and an ebony compensated mustache bridge w/ traditional brass tailpiece.
This guitar is in overall very good condition. The headstock has an indentation near the logo and some light surface marks, all of which can only be seen under direct light. There are some light surface marks on the top of the body near the neck joint. There are signs of play near the sound hole and bridge. The tailpiece has some oxidization and a couple of small dents. The back has a few horizontal surface marks. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-44 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
