Vintage Fender Musicmaster Bass in Natural finish made in 1978 with Chipboard Case (Refin). This guitar features a solid alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a EMG Single coil in the bridge position. Controlled by 1 volume, 1 tone control comprised of replaced CTS pots dating to the 60th week of 1986. The 30" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 21 medium jumbo frets on a 7.25" radius with a medium C profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Fender Open-gear tuning machines with clover heads, a bone nut, a Fender 2-Saddle hardtail bridge and black knurled dome knobs with a 2-Ply black pickguard.
This guitar is in overall very good condition with some visible signs of play. Its original black finish was sanded off at some point in its life and cleared natural, he black can be see in the neck pocket. The pickup/pots have been replaced sometime in the late 80s. The bridge was relocated back about 1/4 of an inch at some point but put back in original factory position, you can only see these holes when bridge is removed. It has some dings/ dents, some scratch's and a few finish chips. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 45-100 strings. Includes Chipboard Case.
