This head has the C++ modification done by Mike B. It's Mesa's own revision of the IIC+ lead circuit, made famous by Metallica's rigs, and it gives a hotter, more saturated lead channel while keeping the IIC+'s clarity and tight low end. It's fully loaded: Simul-Class power with four 6L6GC tubes, the footswitchable 5-band graphic EQ that defined the Mark sound, spring reverb, an effects loop, a slave out and a cooling fan. The serial number places it in the original 1984-85 C+ production run, and the "++" is hand-marked on the rear panel.

This amplifier is in excellent condition. Someone marked their go-to settings with paint pen on the knobs and the faceplate. The reverb tank has been taken out of the chassis; it works and comes with the amp, ready to reinstall.

 Specifications

 Make: Mesa/Boogie

 Model: Mark IIC+

 Modification: ++ (C++) mod by Mike B

 Serial #: 12803

 Year: 1984

 Country: Made in USA (Petaluma, CA)

 Condition: Excellent

 Color: Black Tolex

 Type: Head

 Power Output: 75W Simul-Class / Class A (selectable)

 Power Tubes: 4 x 6L6GC

 Preamp Tubes: 5 x 12AX7

 Channels: 2 (Rhythm / Lead)

 Front Controls: Volume 1 (Pull Bright), Treble (Pull Shift), Bass (Pull Shift), Middle, Master 1 (Pull Deep), Lead Drive (Pull Lead), Lead Master (Pull Bright)

 Rear Controls: Presence, Reverb, Slave Level, Ground Toggle, Simul-Class / Class A Switch

 Graphic EQ: 5-band (80 / 240 / 750 / 2200 / 6600 Hz)

 Reverb: Spring (tank uninstalled, included)

 FX Loop: Yes (Send / Return)

 Slave Out: Yes, with level control

 Speaker Outputs: 1 x 8Ω, 2 x 4Ω

 Cooling Fan: Yes

 What's Included

 Mesa/Boogie Mark IIC+ Amp Head

 Reverb Tank (uninstalled)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0755/9800/4528/files/918052e9-fccf-4dbf-81a6-4f3d0cf820b6.jpg?v=1792014373
https://diabloguitars.com/products/mesa-boogie-mark-ii-c-c-drg-simul-class-75-watt-guitar-amp-head-w-graphic-eq-reverb-1984-black
